Live
Fightstar, Twin Atlantic, Bad For Lazarus, Hadouken, Accident Music, ATDV, Exit International,
Having a catch up night as it’s been a long time. Uni has got the best of me lately and to be fair, it’s f’ing stressful. But hey, that’s the end of the module for you. Here’s some photos mostly from a weeks worth of gigs. What a fun week that was!
BOOKING:
22nd March – 18th April
I have a lovely month off uni to concentrate on nice photography shoots and design work.
My prices are fair and i’ll be much more compromising now i have the free time.
Most the gigs i cover you should know by now are for Soundscape. Here’s some Fightstar shots. The Millennium Music Hall has more than enough lights to probably light up a stadium but it chooses to use 90% of them from behind, with smoke and use 2 on the front dimmed to it’s probably lowest setting. Thanks. Full Gallery

Next up i shot Twin Atlantic (Grab Promotions – Awesome guy, check him out). I was rather surprised at how much i enjoyed Twin Atlantic, i couldn’t really remember their sets the other times i’ve seen them. It’s just a shame there were (many) annoying people at this gig. I’m a photographer. I’m aware of my surroundings. I can see you mocking me in the corner of my eye. Twats. Full Gallery
I don’t know who you are either, but i wear ear plugs so poke me next time than shout names. Thanks.

Bad For Lazarus. A band when i saw them last played bloody awesome. Shame tonight lacked that energy. Barfly have also installed these new ‘spotlights’ that only shine on the top half of the musicians, which for us photographers, is rather bloody annoying, as well with the horrid smoke. Oh no. Back to the Millennium Music Hall. Second time i’ve ever been there and again the lighting was iffy, but this time for Hadouken. I was expecting lasers and i got them! Except being that close, it was actually quite blinding and with the smoke just made it impossible to shoot any of the band, just a green layer of lasers. Full Gallery

Last gig i covered is going to be a main feature for Soundscape’s new issue. We shot these three local and up coming acts in Abertillery. What a fun place that is. A big thank you to all the bands, Accident Music, Exit International, All The Damn Vampires, for hanging around in the cold afterwards! Full Gallery
